With the mission of “The Kitchen with You in Mind”, Towngas’ premium brand Mia Cucina has always been dedicated to design kitchens in humanistic approaches, using quality cabinets imported from Italy, a series of finely-crafted fittings and built-in kitchen appliances to ensure pleasures to cooking at home.

In partnership with popular digital platform HK Heart TV, Mia Cucina threw a “Meet the Masters Cocktail Party” for the industry at its showroom in North Point recently.

It was well-received by practitioners of the industry and attended by renowned architects, interior designers, chairpersons of various design associations and mainstream media. Among the big wheels, top-notched architects Mr. Barrie Ho, MH and Dr. Patrick Leung for the first time ever showed off their culinary in public by cooking Australian Barramundi fillet in Italian style and fried shrimp ball with black truffle, asparagus and bell peppers respectively.

“I am glad to bring about this gathering with HK Heart TV for the industry with the support from Hong Kong Designers Association. I hope the experts can share their experience and the technologies they applied in kitchen design, so that more of their clients could benefit from the joy of cooking. We also look forward to promote more business cooperation in the long run, boosting the industry to create more innovative designs,” said Towngas General Manager - Retail Marketing and Sales Catherine Wong.

Apart from facilitating exchange within the industry, the event also came with another important purpose – to debut 10-episode online videos of talk show “Institute of Kitchen Design”. Host of the show Timothy visited several Mia Cucina kitchens alongside with renowned architects, interior designers, advertising heavyweight and master chef to appreciate kitchen designs from different perspectives.

The video trailer was showcased in the event, while the long-awaited talk shows will be available on social media platforms of Towngas and HK Heart TV very soon.

The trailer received rounds of applause from party guests, who all expressed their eager anticipation for more. The party also ended on a happy note, amid the guests’ cheering and joyful laughter.
